Answers to Your Questions
For most products the minimum order is one 20-foot container (about 20 tonnes); smaller orders are possible for some grades.
Certificate of Analysis (COA), Safety Data Sheet (SDS), invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and shipping documents as per the contract.
Payment terms depend on order volume, destination market and trading history, and may include advance payment, staged transfers or an LC.
Preparation usually takes 7–21 working days after payment and specifications are confirmed; transit time depends on the destination port.
Yes. For most products we can send a standard sample or a sample from the production batch; shipping is paid by the buyer.
